• Elite Plan: ₹4,999/month

4.2 Payment Terms

• All subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed through Razorpay
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions
• All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

4.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If payment continues to fail, we may suspend your account until payment is received.

5. Use of Services

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission

5.2 Data Upload Restrictions

When uploading data to our platform:

8.3 Limitation of Liability

• Elite Plan: 24/7 dedicated support

11. Modifications to Terms

12. Cancellation and Termination
