1.2 Service Issues
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Our services experience extended downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours)
- Critical features advertised are not available
- Technical issues prevent you from accessing our services
- We fail to provide the service level specified in your plan
Refunds for service issues are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be partial or full depending on the circumstances.
1.3 Billing Errors
If you were charged incorrectly due to a billing error, we will issue a full refund for the incorrect charge.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
- Renewal Payments: Subscription renewals after the initial 7-day period
- Partial Months: If you cancel mid-billing cycle, no refund for unused days
- Change of Mind: After the 7-day period, refunds are not issued for change of mind
- Account Violations: If your account was terminated for violating Terms of Service
- Service Misuse: If you abused or misused our services
- Third-Party Issues: Problems caused by your internet connection, device, or third-party services
- Data Loss: Refunds are not given for data you failed to backup or download
- Upgrade/Downgrade: No refunds when changing between subscription tiers

If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Refund appears in your account within 5-10 business days

- Payment date and transaction ID
- Reason for requesting refund
- Any supporting documentation (for service issues)
4. Refund Processing
4.1 Processing Time
Timeline:
- Request Review: 1-2 business days
- Refund Processing: 5-7 business days (if approved)
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days
- Total Time: Up to 15 business days
4.2 Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the subscription:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refund to original card
- UPI: Refund to UPI account
- Net Banking: Refund to bank account
- Wallet: Refund to wallet
We cannot issue refunds to different payment methods or accounts.
4.3 Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may issue partial refunds:
- For service outages lasting less than 48 hours (prorated)
- For partial service availability issues
- As goodwill gestures for minor inconveniences
5. Subscription Cancellation
5.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Log in to your account
- Go to Account Settings → Subscriptions
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
5.2 Effect of Cancellation
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of current billing period
- You retain access until the end of paid period
- No refund for remaining days in billing period
- Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation
- You can reactivate within 30 days without losing data
5.3 Automatic Renewal
To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
6. Plan Changes
6.1 Upgrading
- When upgrading, you pay the prorated difference immediately
- New plan features are available immediately
- Next billing date remains the same
- No refund for unused portion of previous plan
6.2 Downgrading
- Downgrade takes effect at next billing cycle
- You continue with current plan until then
- No refund for difference in plan price
- Features may be limited after downgrade
7. Special Circumstances
7.1 Service Outages
In case of extended service outages:
- Less than 24 hours: Service credit (1 day)
- 24-48 hours: Service credit (3 days)
- More than 48 hours: Eligible for refund
7.2 Data Security Breach
In the unlikely event of a data security breach affecting your data, you may be eligible for a full refund plus compensation, subject to investigation.
7.3 Force Majeure
Refunds may not be issued for service interruptions caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, war, government actions, etc.).
8. Refund Limitations
- Maximum one refund per customer per year
- Refunds are issued in INR (Indian Rupees) only
- International transaction fees are non-refundable
- Payment gateway processing fees may not be refunded
- Refunds cannot be transferred to another account
